My name is William Helloms. I am currently the owner and sole employee at WilTech Services located in Graham, Texas. I handle a variety of on-site computer network services, consulting, and integration services in Southern Oklahoma and Northern Texas.

I have a special respect for the small business owner. It is my duty to provide the best and most efficient support for my customers. My goal is to form a long-term relationship with my customers that will help their company succeed and grow without constant worry of data loss and failure.

This blog is my way of giving back and educating some of my users and users abroad in the ways computers are used in business today. There is so much technology out there it is difficult for even the tech savvy to keep up. The business owner required to use this technology just to keep the business going does not have a chance without help. I will gladly help. I will try to keep things simple and straight forward so the business customer can do what they need: run their business.
